ERP system

The issuance of our production orders allows us to provide all the technical and necessary specifications in an automatic way with our ERP system we can monitor our manufacturing process in real time and control our raw materials

Photorevelling

As part of our process we have our photorevelling department where we manufacture our tools for screen printing (painting)
In this department we carry out the tensioning, developing and drying of our meshes

Steel flange

Manufacture of steel flanges for painting glass reinforcement
These metal frames are made in detail, we use CNC cutting (waterjet) to guarantee the perimeters with respect to our paint glass.

Tooling

We have our own metalworking and carpentry tooling manufacturing workshops, We are not subject to third party delivery times

We constantly work to obtain all the characteristics of the original glass

both geometrically and in curvature, we adjust to the requirements given by our clients as well as give technical advice on our developments
